Good question. To tell the truth - I didn’t enter and since I’ve never been there I don’t know. Guess there are a small number of boutiques or shops and maybe a cafe in the backyard. There are a lot of these small nice places here the city.

Interesting, had to look that up. This is the Truman Building in Jefferson City, MO. It does have a similar look.
