Just Black and White-ur B/W Monochrome photos here

Some cacti & a grass head taken with my Ricoh Caplio GX100. The flower spike in the first two is getting to over 10 ft tall now, and I'm hoping will be spectacular once it opens out. I previously posted these photos in the Picture of the Week thread a couple of weeks ago. The little camera is near enough 15 years old now and has largely sat unused on my desktop since I got the K5 a couple of years ago, so I've been giving it a bit of a run. It is, of course, nowhere near the calibre of the Gr series, but I like to think there's some family resemblance;

K 3 II + SMC PENTAX-D FA 100mm F2.8 Macro

the physical structure of the Sumatran Tiger enclosure at the Topeka Zoo and Conservation Center and its orientation often causes problems with reflections in the windows and with photographs taken through it.

[ I suggest those taking photos with their phones

to try to put their phones as close as possible to the glass to combat that, any one got any other suggestions ? ]

however those factors along with the items placed into the enclosure - logs, water and plants, can make some nice images:
