We actually live closer to the Staunton River, but here it's a small branch called the Seneca Creek that runs into Staunton River just north of Long Island (Long Island, Virginia, not the other Long Island). There's a lot of history around here and one of the early owners of Long Island was Patrick Henry.

Kings Mountain Gateway Trail. The fence separates the trail from the abandoned part of an early 20th century quarry. Processed from .PEF in PSE via Silver EFX Pro 2.
