Clarkey in a post above was a calling for less troubled waters. This is one of two pools in the Canadian Rockies. The other, the cool pool, was full of people and kids splashing and swimming and slapping water at each other. This one is fed by a natural hot spring, with a temp up near 100F (~38C). The clientele is older, and the mood is, well, laid back. In truth, the water is so warm it would be dangerous to be overactive. SCAN

And these people are decades ahead of their time, practicing social distancing.

A strategic location along those railings would provide some stunning views!

There are a couple of spots along the walkway where it's possible to get closer, but it's very easy to get caught out by a larger wave. Quite a dangerous place if you're unfamiliar with it, or get too "cocky". I'll maybe post a couple more different angles.

A few more shots of Westcott's Quay/Lambeth Walk, St. Ives, Cornwall

1) Caught out by a wave at Westcott's Quay, St. Ives, Cornwall - what happens when a larger/rogue wave hits the sea wall.

2) Looking down on Lambeth Walk from the bus station above

3) Lambeth Walk from Crab Rock
