One modest stream and one tiny stream in Ireland. BTW: Ireland really is very, very green in many areas.

For me, this photo screams "Cornwall" - the silver sea, golden sunlight, waves breaking at the foot of cliffs, and the spray drifting in and up, bathed in that golden light. I hope you like it. Image taken at Botallack.

It is evocative of that wild, storm-lashed coast. It reminded me of two old pictures (both originally chromes) very different from yours but for me evocative coastal images from the USA, first a sunrise along the eastern Florida coast, the second a gentle surf rolling onto a beach during a golden California sunset.

I do not know the coastlines of which you speak and which are in your images. We all have in our mind's eye iconic views which encapsulate the character of a location or area. Super images, and I can easily why they would do exactly that.

Was out yesterday doing some long exposure waterfalls, gone for a quite minimal black and white look to make the most of the ethereal quality of the moving water.

400:1

An idea I had for combining two images, while watching the waves at La Caleta, Lanzarote. One exposure at 1/1600s, and one at 1/4s with an ND6 filter, hence the title. Not 100% sure it works; the fact the sun went in before I took the longer exposure didn't help any. K-1 + D FA 70-200.

Neat idea. I think it works fine.
