An artificial waterfall dropping from artificial rocks right in front of an artificial tunnel through which come small boats filled with tourists.

This fellow made a splash when he was ready after staying above water on a device I'd never seen before.

It must be attached to a harness around a shark, for propulsion and buoyancy

I'd never seen the device the fellow was using so I looked it up via GOOGLE. It has a second hydrofoil thing below the surface, He pumps the board he's standing on fore-aft-fore-aft with his feet and that both keeps him elevated and propels him forward.

How fast does the pumping propel him?

That is hard to gauge and hard to express as a number. I'd say that pumping in flat water the device is moving much faster than a surfer lying flat on a standard board and paddling with his arms. The rhythm of the pumping varies, seems to be as fast as you can manage or wish, but about a pulse per second is enough to keep the upper board above the water. It must vary depending on the mass of the rider, but heavier riders may be able to pump more easily. When riding a wave to my eyes it looks as though it moves faster than a standard surfboard.

WATCH THE VIDEO POSTED BY ARJAY BEE JUST ABOVE.
