This is the Pennsylvania monument, largest on the Gettysburg National Military Park grounds. It was dark at 7:30PM, but as the park was open until 10PM, I thought there would be a spotlight or something on it. Actually, it is pitch dark with no lighting of any kind on the battlefield... I was "painting" the monument with my incredibly strong 2-AA Maglite during this 30-sec f5.6 ISO 400 exposure and was impressed with my expertise, although the shadows tell me that it was the moon light doing the illuminating...
