How about an early morning shot from a few years ago?
It's the right day for it. Whereabouts was that taken?

Thanks for sharing............Cliff
For now at least. I've been flat out at work since I was out, doing a maintenance shutdown and it's been 12+ hours every day including weekends. I just went through things really quickly, and I think that was probably the best shot I got anyway. I only tried 2 locations, so most of the shots I got are very similar, just different patterns in the sky. I also have a bunch of photos of the milky way from the night before that I haven't had time to go through yet.

My favourite dark sky location is on the flight path to London, 50 miles away and those pesky planes ruin many a shot and rarely add anything.
