It's really fun! I took some interesting photos like those some time ago. I maybe should look for them in my computer.

My (very few) attempts at night shots are a lot more boring. But I DID take some in Rome some years ago... and... since we need 45,000 posts soon!

Here's a midnight picture. It was taken in Trondheim i Norway though, in mid summer, so maybe it looks a bit off topic - but it IS a night shot!

There's so many different things to do at night - these are insects flying around a light (at a rest camp in Etosha, Namibia IIRC)

thanks, but that is one of those shots that put you right there, you can feel the night air, your eyes are wide open looking at those stars. That's the photo we all want to take, great inspiration! But I don't think I'm anywhere near a sand dune.
