I was trying out different versions of this shot, but thought they'd fit in here as a Tryptich. Not sure which I like best on it's own, but I'm leaning towards the Sepia toned.

Yep. I was up on a walkway just a couple feet away but it didn't seem bothered by me. I guess the wood railing I was behind made it feel secure. After it ate that blade of grass, it sat really still for a couple seconds and I was able to get this shot (the others had a slight blur due to its movement). You can see a reflection of the railing/walkway in its eye (2nd pic, 100% crop to make it a Diptych). Since it was so close, I could zoom out to 140mm on my 28-200 for a sharper image. Not a prime, but for convenience...
