Hi,
Just a brief intro on me. My first picture I took was with my dad's ME Super in the early 80's. The first camera I owned was an A3. Then I made a misstep and switched to one of the big brothers, losing interest in photography after a while and selling everything because the thing didn't feel right.
But then it started itching again and early in the new millennium I was able to strike a good deal on a mint LX with a sticky mirror. Collected 2 nice finders and 3 lenses for it and bought a small digital camera for the snapshots. With the digital compact all goes well as long as the objects do not move, but with a 6 month old son the thing just works tooooo sloooooow.... By the time it takes a picture the little one is already standing on his head or crying again instead of smiling. So what to do? Do the right thing and buy a digital SLR... a Pentax K7!!

The LX will stay for sentimental reasons, but the compact digital and some other analog stuff I had (but hardly ever used) is going out.
Now I just have one question. If one of you has a tip on a good shoulder bag for a K7+ 17-70 + grip D-BG4 (still to buy), one additional lense and some assorted stuff then please let me know! I suspect my Domke J-803 is too small for the K7 plus grip.
Thanks!
