I'm on the Southside about a mile due east of one of the runways at the airport. I'm pretty sure they line up on our yard light as a final marker for Hartsfield!

Hi from a newbie in S. Ga.. Are you a Braves fan? I must have been close to your house last time I was driving through Atlanta. I thought a plane was going to land right on the interstate in front of me. LOL!

LOL Yeah, the end of one runway is about 100 yards from I-75 so it does tend to scare the tourists when a large jet goes over at about 200 feet.

Hmmm, am I a Braves fan? Just since the days while they were still in Milwaukee when Frank Torre played first base and his little brother Joe was in the minor leagues.
