I am from Ukraine too, but am living in US now.

How is your experience with K10D.

Mine is K20D, I am crazy about it...

I prefer manual "film" old good lenses...just for the reason to have much fun from shooting...do not work with kit lenses...they do not give the desired quality...

P.S. Cherkassy is very nice city (excluding Azot and Ximvolokno)! There is a lot places with nice landscapes, but it is also a "city of brides")))...

Welcome to the forum, looks like you will need to get a good tripod at some stage for those sorts of photographs.
