Hi all

I'm new to the world of DSLRs but am considering a K-x. I co-run a music website where I review live bands and have the opportunity to get photo passes (and festival passes) on a semi-regular basis. My colleagues in Europe have done some great work recently and I'd like to get to that level which currently using a point'n'shoot Canon IXUS 80IS isn't really possible.

So yeah, K-x, maybe second hand with kit lens and then a 1.4 prime (for low light indoor concerts) for starters.

G'day mate and welcome to the forum. Have you got your K-x yet? If so, I'm sure you're already seeing the great results you can get out of it.
