Howdy from Colorado

Howdy folks. I finally moved up to a DSLR! I bought a K-X from B&H and received it a couple of days ago. My last camera I've been using was the Panasonic Lumix FZ-20. I've taken over 1,000,000 pictures with that camera, so it really served me well and gave me some great images.

Now that I finally have a better camera, I hope to get even better pics.

I mostly shoot wildlife and landscapes because my other hobbies are hiking and motorcycle riding, so my camera always comes along.

Now I need to save up for some lenses.

Well, that's enough of that. I hope this new Pentax will give me as much enjoyment as my last camera, I'm sure it will.

Welcome aboard! Pentax is a great system and you live in a beautiful place for photography!
