Hi everyone, my name is Al and I just joined the Forum. I'm new to SLR, actually just bought my first SLR today and I'm anxiously waiting for it to arrive tomorrow.
After lots of research I've decided to go with the Pentax K-X as I have read many good reviews for it as the best bet as far as an entry level DSLR. I ended up purchasing the Dual Lens kit with the DA 18-55mm and DA 55-300mm lenses in black. I also purchased a 16gb SDHC Class 10 memory card to go along with it.
I just started browsing the forum and see lots of interesting information. Any tips/advice with respect to the K-X are welcomed.
