Hi from toronto

Just joined, a long time Pentax friend keeps telling me about the great info here.
I am a very long time Pentax fan, starting in the 1960's with a (forget the model) with separate light meter on top. Then a Spotmatic, last film camera was a Super Program. Traded that in for a K100D a few years ago.
Presently scouting for a Tamron/Pentax 18-250 to go travelling with, to avoid lens changes in the wild.

And tonight, I disassembled the rear elements of my 15-55 and the front elements of my 50-200 kit lenses to remove dust that I let in on a trip in Alaska last year. Nothing to lose (except pesky dust) and it turns out they are not difficult to open up.

Welcome to the forum, a good place to learn and share. Sounds like you can share a lot about lenses, and your general experience. There are a lot of good wildlife and outdoor shooters here, sound like you may fit into that group very well. Hopefully you'll show us some of that Alaska work!
