Hi,

living in Bavaria with my first Pentax, my first DSLR in fact and greatly enjoying the ease and instant gratification of the digital workflow... no taking film to the shop, wait, pick up... cheaper too! Well, if you don't count the fact that this fun is addictive and compelling me to hunt for more, better gear...

Welcome to the forum. Once you start collecting lenses, you may not find it cheaper.

Better stop now Jutta while you can. LBA just gets worse with time the more you're into photography.

Hey, welcome! Digital sure has its benefits. Especially now that the resolution gap has finally closed between enthusiast dSLR's and 35mm SLR's. I like shooting with film sometimes, but it's a totally different experience, that's for sure.
