Hello,

I'm relatively new to Pentax, I guess. I've had a K-1000 for about 2 years now that I bought from an older guy who was selling his equipment. I really liked it, and I started looking into dSLR's about the same time. Pentax just struck me as a more creative, innovative, slightly offbeat manufacturer. I like that a lot, and I really love my K-7 that I bought this past April. Just need to get a couple more lenses for it!

Welcome Steven. Yes, there's a lot to like about the K-7 and it'll give you many more years of solid service.
