i need a wee bit of help

i have a Vivitar V2000 SLR and an Agfa Optima II Prontormator and i have no idea what films to put in them but i'd really like to start using them so i'm in need of a bit of advice. i'd be very grateful for any tips.

Do you mean the size of the film roll, such a 110 or 135? Or the type of film, like Ektachrome slide film or Kodacolor print film?
