New K10D arriving tomorrow

Hi,

My K10D will be my arriving tomorrow - first DSLR. I have been using a K1000 for a while to learn the basics, but I am definitely ready to move on. The ability to immediately review pictures is going to be so helpful. And I can take lots of snow pictures with the weather sealing and DA18-55 WR!

Thanks Brooke, unfortunately due to the Siberian winter we are experiencing here, the camera is still at the depot. :-( Just when you could point the camera anywhere and shoot a great snow scene! I am burning through the film in my K1000 instead...

I love the photo, very striking. What do you mean by the overcast? Sorry I didn't end up going for your camera, but I didn't realise how many were available on the forum marketplace. It seemed excessive to fly one over from the US when there's plenty round the corner...
