Hello to all...

Hello - Found this site after a google search, and looks like a wealth of info. I've been using a K1000 for a while now, but want to make the jump to digital. I've read you can interchange some of the K1000 lenses with the newer digital bodies, and I think that's the route I'm going to take for now.

Thanks - Adam

Hi Adam and welcome. You got it almost right, all not "some" of your K1000 lenses will fit and be perfectly useable on any of the digital pentax bodies. All you have to do is make a small menu change, it is explained here in the sticky titled "using manual lenses..." It's one of the great selling points of pentax. But don't foget your K1000 either! We have a good "film" forum too! Can be found here.
