Hi pentaxiano and welcome. I am sure you will have a happy time on this forum. Don't worry about your English and don't let it stop you from posting here.

You say that Portugal is ruled by Canon. Well I live most of my time in Greece and it is the same here. Greek people mostly buy Canon cameras so it must be the power of advertising ! Of course we have a lot of tourists in Summer so we get to see many other camera makes as well.

I would just like to mention that I have seen a number of new members from Portugal recently so you seem to be in good company. You can find out more by doing a search under 'Portugal'.

Welcome to the forum, I was that other Pentax user apart from yourself, you may have seen last October in Lisbon and Estoril.
