Hello from South-East England!

Hi everyone. I actually don't currently own any kind of Pentax, but I hope to purchase one in the near future! The very reason I ended up on the site! I'm probably more of a forum lurker than most - but I find it immensely satisfying spending hours perusing photos and tips on forums. Anyways, I look forward to seeing what the forum has to offer.

Cheers,
Iain

That is exactly the question I was going to ask!

So....whereabouts in SE England.

I'm originally from the Barking area of the eastern suburbs of London. Now residing in northern Saskatchewan.

Well I recently moved from Dover to Chatham for work, so I'm currently stuck in medway. I see you are in Canterbury, Jeztastic, somewhere I would much rather be living!

I'm afraid I had to google Saskatchewan, Canajuneh, to find out where it was (says a lot about my embarrassing lack of geography knowledge). It's certainly got a cool name, it must be quite a change from London

Hi evil md - glad to note that I helped you improve your geographical knowledge

Saskatchewan is a fascinating part of the world - my area is farmland but it is only a few minutes drive to part of the great northern forest. Further south is prairie (and more farmland!.) We have thousands of lakes, lots of fishing and wildflowers too.

Sounds good to me. Currently it's probably 5-10c, kinda cloudy, it'll probably spit with rain a bit... It'll be like this for weeks... Meh... Boring, and harder to take interesting photos too... I'd rather have a bit of drama frankly.
