Hi my name is Luc, just recently bought a Pentax Kx. The camera is ok but I did
not have the cd PENTAX Digital Camera Utility 4 in the box.
I 've ask Pentax Canada and so far 2 weeks,they are ignoring me.
If this is the service that Pentax offer, my next camera will be a nikon or canon,

Make me wonder why a company would loose a costumer just for a cd.

Makes me wonder why someone would join a brand-specific forum apparently for the sole purpose of announcing that their next camera will be a different brand.

Can't you download the program?

It's not all that fantastic, so I wouldn't worry about it.

But again, next time, you can buy a shit*ier camera for more money that DOES come with a CD!
