I recently bought a my first dslr, a second hand K20D with the 18-55mm kit lens, after a long period of decision making. I chose Pentax because of the weather seal (in Belgium it often rains) and of the in-body shake reduction. I already learned a lot from here, and I am looking forward to a great time!

Good choice. Pentax has the best weather sealing on the market.
