I just got my K10D yesterday and am looking forward to all of your wisdom and knowledge to help me through the learning curve.

I moved up from a Minolta Dimage A1 and have owned several Pentax SLR cameras since purchasing my firsst Asahi Pentax S3 in the early 60's. I still own a Spotmatic, an S1A and a K1000 and my major film cameras are my Olympus OM2 and a Canon A1.

I am looking forward to when the M42 to K mount adapter becomes available so that I can try some of my older Pentax lenses out with the new camera.

Hi Mike

Welcome to the forum. I envy your ability to use some of your older Pentax lenses. They made some great lenses and glass in the past and this should be a wonderful advantage for you. Unfortunately for me, I used another system.
