Hello/Photos for web

Hi. I went to school for design/photography at University of Michigan in 1985. Have been shooting different projects here and there. I have a project for a sorority for head shots for 30 ladies plus a stylized shot of the women(I'll use photoshop). The stylized shot is like Americas top model where each model is shot separately(I think), then one loses, her image fades away leaving the remaining women. First, I would like to know how would you charge for this, and how would I shoot the ladies for the stylized shot? Thanks much. Glad to be here!
