Hello from Louisville, KY

I am in the process of making the jump to a Kr and am attempting to familiarize myself with the little idiosyncrasies of the camera from users. Hopefully, it won't be too long before I make the jump but I have to sell my Olympus E-620 first.

Welcome! It took me a while to get familiar with my Kx when I got it just over a year ago and this forum really helped me along. Don't be afraid to ask questions because no questions are dumb ones (most of the time at least) and you should get a fast and productive answer. Enjoy!

The best news is that I am sure someone will at least get close if not answer the question you asked since there are so many smart people who hang out here. I just don't happen to be one of them.

Louisville. What a great city! I lived there from 1994-2000 while working as a photojournalist for WAVE 3 News. The only reason we left was because there was a great job opening here in Denver, which happens to be our hometown! If not for that and our family being here, we probably would have made Louisville home!

Anyway...WELCOME!

A reworded repost in the beginners forum might get you more answers. Be sure to change the wording enough so that it does not look like a copy and paste job.
