Hello,

My nick name is icy. I comes from Saigon city, Vietnam. I am a system administrator and I am photography's newbie. It's nice to meet you on this Pentax forum.

I don't have any good camera, and I am going to buy a Pentax K-??? from Australia. I don't know which one is correct: K-r, K-x or any others? Any good advices are highly appreciated.!

i would go for the kx or a k7 (about the same price now, one new the other one used)...depending on what you need i would chose either one.
I would prefer the kx over the kr because the added features f the kr do not justify the price difference and then there is the tungsten light focusing problem on the kr.
Good luck with your choice (and try to get the body only with a good lens).

Thank you very much. As I have my camera bought in Australia (some guys there help me to order) I prefer K-x (Yes I got it) to an old K7. Oh I would love the time when my camera comes here... :P
