yeah, I'm thinking to get used K5 - but the stain problem and the warranty is giving me some doubt... check out my other thread.

olenz, I'd contact a reputable Pentax dealer close to you, and ask the question. Or, Pentax US may be able to give you a definitive answer. I didn't check this, as I bought mine new - happily, apart from my ability, no problems.
