New Member - OLD Pentax user!!

Hi All, found this forum a while back and forgot to sign up then. Just ran across it again and decided I'd better sign-up right away (before I forget again!!)

Anyway, I'm living in the Austin, TX area - been here about 23 years now. I now have 5 grandchildren who are native Texans, so guess that means I'm almost one!

I've been using various Pentax cameras for about 40 years - first one was a Spotmatic, then a KM (still have it!!), then an ME Super, then a couple of Super Programs, then a couple of other brand digital point-n-shoots and finally my *ist DS - and crave a K10D!!

Looking forward to learning from y'all!

My first real camera was also a Spotmatic - I guess we could form a club!
