I'm in the music business, but photography is my hobby. I started shooting in the mid 90s with an SLR and switched to a point and shoot out of convenience from the late 90s to early 2000s.
In 2003 when I broke my point and shoot on a hike, I decided it was time to get back into the SLRs and chose the Pentax K10D because a friend had some old lenses he wanted to give me. They weren't the best lenses, but I bought the 16-45mm as well for my kit lens and was very happy. Since then I've picked up the 43mm, 100mm macro, 50-200mm to add to the 16-45mm and a 55mm. I just got the K5 last month and I'm very happy exploring this new fantastic camera.
Thanks for reading and hope to contribute some quality shots soon.
