I got a K-r RED.... My first SLR

Hello everyone..... I'm Matt..... I live in The Netherlands....born and raised in MICHIGAN....
I just got my first SLR....a DSLR !! Pentax K-r Red...18-55mm and 50-200mm Cool stuff.

Anyway.....

I need to cantact FL-Golfer I have a Pentax strap for him.

Oh... yes that's who I mean.... I know from his posts that he collects the straps from pentax.

Congrats on your camera. My K-r is also red, to differentiate from my K100D. Though I really wish I could have gotten a yellow one. Too bad they're Japanese only.

I was a little dissapointed that the standard kit lens.... 18-55 was not in red also.... the white K-r had a white lens? and the K-X has a red lens. :-(

Thank you.... I will defenitly enjoy the magic..... funny thing..... I had a dream last night about taking photos.... saw something cool...but did not have the camera by me....panic!!

Everything is good now...I'm awake and have my K-r back next to me.. lol

I have a question, the shutter button when pressed half way to focus it makes a click sound or it feels soft on finger? I ask cos on my k-x it's soft without a mid click indication and then when full pressed i feel the click.

A Nikon I used in past felt 2 clicks, both midways and fully pressed.

Is that a problem on my k-x?
