Hello,

2008 will be my 50th year of serious photography. After buying cameras in pawn shops, my first "new" camera was a Heiland Pentax H1 back in 1961.

I was a pro photographer doing mostly large format advertising work until I retired. Now I can enjoy the hobby once again.

Welcome to the forum Larry. It's a great place here. Friendly, with an international mixture of Pros, semi-pros, serious amateurs, and amateurs and of couse, yours truly (a wanabe).

I think even at the 50th aniversary point - you're not the oldest here.
