Hello from Champaign-Urbana, IL

Long time Pentax user, but had to put my hobby aside for awhile for school. I was shooting a SuperProgram for years, and just ordered a K-5 as my first dslr (should be here on Tuesday- about time!)

Anyway, been using your forum as a lurker for reviews, etc., for a couple months now. Happy to be a part of it.

Welcome to a fellow Illini (though I'm a transplant). I'm in the Elgin area.

Pentax has served me well in the ever-changing IL weather. You're gonna love the K-5.

So it turns out Emmy Camera shipped it late and it's not going to be here until Friday . . . Lame
