Hey folks,

Started using a Panasonic Lumix for a bout 3 years, it dies and I make the serious jump to some serious gear.

Making the jump from SLR film to a serious digital SLR with a DA L 1:4-5.6 50-200mm ED. From Bristol, PA.

Thanks in advance for helping me enjoy the learn. I'm 3/4s of the way through the book :-)

Welcome Matt, I was a bit like you. Many moons ago had Pentax MG then ME Super then nothing for a long time till I got a Panasonic Lumix. Just now moving into the DSLR environment.

Yeah, nice. My Lumix started having flash sync issues, odd, Panasonic said send it back and we'll refurb it for 190.00. I'm already in love with the K7 I got. Amazing.

Nice Lens collection there, I'm not very satisfied with the one my wife picked for me to go with the K7, it IS a K7 btw I just checked despite what it says in the title. :-)
