Dear All,

My name is Walter, I come from Hong Kong , I just bought the K-5 yesterday but this not my first Pentax DSLR product, I have K-x too. I like my K-x control, picture quality so when i was planning to upgrade the DSLR, my first choice is K5 absolute.

Now , I am learning how to use my new DSLR because i am beginner in K-5 family. This forum can help me , teach me and improve my skill , I will enjoy in here, cu.

I recently purchased my K-5 with Pentax 18x135mm zoom lens last October. I can't say enough about the camera & lens. I totaly enjoy this camera and lens. I have always shot with Pentax. I shot with the Nikon D7000 (company camera) for about 8 months. It was a great camera but the Pentax K-5 out performs the D7000 on almost all areas. Wish the K-5 had the dual media card slots. Love the menu area of the K-5 and ease of use. The manualis even readable and easy to understand. Looking to purchase the Sigma 50x500mm zoom lens when i save up enough $$ for nature & wildlife pics.
