G'Day from Australia

(more like Geordie's Abroad..)
Just found this forum this afternoon.
Newbie with a K100d
Used to be a Minolta user (am I allowed to say Minolta..?)
Still have me old K1000
More buttons on the 100 than there is on the 1000...
Hope to learn and share
Jedo

Welcome. Always good to have a fellow Aussie join up.

I work with a Geordie (can't understand a word he says).

Hey Jedo.
I'm sure you'll find this a useful place to learn and share.
The K100 has more buttons, but most of them are there to replace having to load and wind film!

Welcome,

I'm an old Minolta user myself (film X-700) and finally settled on a K-10D after a long search process. It's an awesome camera that just feels right ...

A good! A few Aussies are here.

New to the site myself, but will look forward to exchanging info and notes.

Merry Aussie Christmas. May Santa not fry like an egg as he crawls across the corrugated iron.
