Hello from Romania!

Hi guys and girls, nice to meet you!
I don't own a Pentax yet, but I'd like a K-r as it seems to have better specs than the Nikon d5100 and the Canon 600d, while still being much cheaper. I'm saving for it and I hope that by the time I'll have the money, future issues will no longer have the mirror flip problem or the e-dial one I keep reading about (altough, to be honest, I don't think these problems appear that often).
Now I'm using a Canon Ixus 220 (Elph 300) and I'm very happy with it, it's a nice little camera.

Welcome Stefan! I am a newbie myself. This seems to be a very nice forum with many knowledgeable and nice people.
You had better hurry on that K-r, as it has been discontinued according to this thread

Well, nobody said anything about my concerns regarding the K-r issues, so I guess I was right thinking it`s not a big deal after all. Glad to be a member here!
