Hello everyone, I'm a k200d owner who is desperately trying to resist the urge to upgrade to a k5. Hopefully these forums will help to distract me

Well, I don't know about helping to resist, because there's a lot of buzz about a mooted K-5 successor, but I guess that just makes a K-5 purchase that much easier, doesn't it?

Anyway, welcome to the Forums! There are many here who have resisted the urge (so far) so you'll no doubt find some comfort in that. Enjoy your time here.

I'm also from Scotland and the proud owner of the k5, best camera I have ever used yet!

Hmm, you're not helping.
Actually I'm torn between a new camera or a new lens. Although unless the K5 price drops even more I still have a lot of saving to do.

Welcome to the forum, but this has to be the worst place to quell CBA or LBA, better mortgage the house now that your here

I can't Imagen it will drop more.. what is it £600 ish body only after cash back atm?

A new lens is always good... if you stay around glasgow feel free to come over and try the k5 out if you want
