A Newbie

Hello All,

I am Terry W. Smith,

Live in Western Oregon 6 miles inland. I have been using Pentax Gear Since 1981 (K1000). I converted to Digital about 3 years ago
and my current setup is the K10D with a Tamron 300 F2.8 also a smaller kit lens the 18-55. I primarily shoot wildlife but I try to capture
any beauty I can. Back in the day of Fujichrome and Kodachrome I had put together a nice list of Published work including Birders World,
Bugle Magazine, Boone Crocketts quarterly, Oregon Hunter and many others. I am actively shooting and striving to regain some of the
success I had before we started raising our children. One of the highlights of my photo career just happened 1-7-2012, I photographed
a Snowy Owl that obviously migrated to our Oregon coastline.
I welcome all comments and critique- you cannot get better unless you hear all the honest feedback, In short if it's bad say so......
