California and India

Hi,
New to photography and new to Pentax. Live in India, work brings me to California frequently.
Just got a K-5 (with kit lens) and am in love with it. Finding it hard to get time to shoot given a hectic work-life and a small baby at home.

Thinking of getting a tripod as my first accessory. Lusting after the limiteds and a few good telephoto lens but will not buy any till I am someway along the learning curve.

I am reading and experimenting a lot. Currently spend time here and on dpreview and am reading Understanding Exposure.

Welcome to the Forum, Visiting India is on my bucket list My sister spends half the year there now that she has retired and the other half on Vancouver Island

Am a newbie in this forum,live in Delhi. Looking for Pentax gear but unable to find. Would appreciate any advise.
