Just wanted to say hello to everyone. I left the dslrs awhile ago searching for my perfect camera. I was always looking for something smaller and lighter than the canikons. Recently i decided that I wanted the better dynamic range and higher iso performance of a dslr. I was looking at a canon 5d when I came across the k-5.
I did some quick research and was blown away with what i read. I love primes so the pentax was very appealing to me. I went to henrys to try it out and was blown away with and came home with a new k-5. I love how silent the shutter is and how small it is. Plus I enjoy not being part of the canikon masses
I can't believe how amazing the lenses are. Currently have the 43 ltd and 77ltd and couldn't be happier. Now I have the 21 ltd on the way soon and the kit is complete.
excited to be a pentaxian now
