Another newbie ;)

Hi All,

I'm new to pentax and dslr photography in general. I have a K-r with the 18-55 kit lens as well as a Cosina 28-210 and a Sigma (Quantaray?) 28-90 that I picked up with a used film camera for $16

I've uploaded some pics to an album - mostly taken with the 28-90 in macro mode, others with the kit lens... hopefully this link will work... all criticism and suggestions welcome

Welcome aboard! Those are some pretty good macros considering you were using a zoom, but if you want to experiment even more with flowers, one thing you could do is reverse-mount a cheap 50mm, or get a manual macro lens. If you want more comments on any individual shot, I would head over to post your photos and post them there
