My name is Roel Arends from Rotterdam, 64 years old. Since my early youth i am interested in Photography. I am retired now so I have more time for my hobby. I own a Pentax K10D and use different lenses,(sigma 2.8/6 18-70, sigma 70-300 and Tamron 18-200). I also own some old Pentax lenses from the eighties, which was the reason I choose for Pentax. I have to admit that using these lenses give some very good results, but the exposure is sometimes problematic, as for the most times an exposure correction has to be made. I love the pentaxforums which is a valuable source for me, as I am still learning.

I find on my K20D that an exposure correction of +1 EV works for about everything. When I had a K-7(and briefly a K-5) no exposure correction was required. Welcome to the forums.

The same with my K200D. But this is only since I use a split screen, before it was OK.
