Hello from Cincinnati

Greetings...was lurking here earlier today making sure my decision to purchase a K10D was the right one. I was almost going to wait for the K20D or K200D but from reading the threads at another photography forum decided that the K10D at the price I paid would suit me just fine.

I got the Camera and 18-55 Lens Kit from Adorama along with a 2.0 GB Ultra II SD Card and a cheap UV filter. It should be here in 3 business days so I figure by Tuesday I should have it.

Looking forward to taking up the hobby again.

One other thing I think I'll be doing is selling my Nikon FM, Motor Drive and SB-11 Flash. I probably won't get much for it but perhaps the whole thing will give me enough to pay for another lens or something. Or maybe some other photography related gadget. Suggestions?

The one thing I never really did before was experiment with shutter speeds, aperture settings and ISO settings to try being creative.

Anything anyone can offer as advice or suggested is appreciated.
