I´m happy to announce that I have officially returned to Pentax. Although I am new to PentaxForums.com I have appreciated Asahi, Pentax and Spotmatics for some time.

I have owned Pentax SLR´s and they have been safely put away in storage. I inherited a good number of Takumar lenses (see below) several years ago from an uncle who was a professional photographer in México. They too have been in storage.

After much internal debating I decided to make the switch from Nikon and to purchase a Pentax k-5 along with several Limited glass (77mm, 43mm, 15mm) and am extremely satisfied! I have also been having much fun after purchasing a Pentax K adapter to screwmount for my Takumars... I´m in heaven!

Below is a list of the Pentax equipment I know have in my possession:

To the OP, welcome back. It's reassuring that some people are dropping other brands for Pentax. Enjoy all those lenses.
