I'm glad to have found this forum. Its cool to see people who love their pentax just as much as me. Now hopefully i can find people from my area with similar taste in photography

What kind of shooting do you do? I am on 7th street regularly causing havoc doing random street shots while cruising on my skateboard

- that's how most people downtown know me, the 40 year old skater strapped down with camera gear...

I try to do a little bit of everything. I just made my own fish eye lens so currently im playing around with that.

I'll make sure to go out to 7th street when i finish my semester, because i always wanted to shoot while riding on my long board.

Awesome - I don't shoot while riding though (well not stills), I did however shoot video while bombing down the middle of "M" from Key Bridge down the strip on a Friday night in between traffic; that was an experience I don't think I could do again

. FYI: My board is a GFH mini crusier/filming board...

I couldn't decide between a mini or a long board. So hopefully somebody has a DIY tut on how to make a camera mount that would fit on to my board or maybe i will just have to experiment. It would be cool if i could take part of a tri-pod mount and drill it on.
