I have been a Pentax User for nearly 60 years along with Canon, Nikon,Olympus and other 35mm.
Even after drifting to the 'Other' makes always came back to the Fabulous Pentax, along with 2 Full Ricoh
outfits and Rikenon Prime lenses. Using mainly Kodak and Agfa films for slides and Ilford for B&W.for 16x20 prints +
This equipment was the 35mm complement to my Hasselblad and Linhof 5x4 for Industrial Photography
round the world. The only problem I had with the Pennies and the Ricohs was the light sealing foam in
the back doors. Which I now am very capable of replacing. I still have several bodies and 15 or so lenses.
The lenses I am hoping to use on a new K5 that I hope to purchase shortly. My only hesitation has been using
it enough now I have retired from 'working' to earn. Any way I hope in finding this site and all you like minded
folk out there we can have lots of dialogue and if I can offer any help, experiences or advice I will be glad to assist.
And maybe some of you younger buffs wil do likewise with me.
